Allied Universal Client Portfolio Manager - Airport Operations in Atlanta, Georgia

Allied Universal is currently seeking a Client Portfolio Manager to lead the security division at the Atlanta Airport. The primary role of the Client Portfolio Manager/Aviation Division is to enhance client experiences, build long term meaningful client relationships and engage with employees that deliver our services in the field. The individual will meet or exceed operational goals by providing high-quality, professional, competent and committed service and an outstanding client and employee experience. To support and ensure success in this role, we provide a comprehensive, week-long management onboarding course designed to provide best practices, tools and guidance.
Candidates must have experience in a management position in security to be considered for this role.
Experience within the airport/aviation industry and familiarity aviation laws is required for this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Caring Leadership and Client Intimacy:
Lead and mentor a team of officers, supervisors, admin staff and managers by providing coaching, support, and recognition, while fostering accountability. Encourage a collaborative and inclusive work environment to promote teamwork, open communication, and professional development
Build, maintain and grow relationships with clients by understanding their security needs and ensuring satisfaction
Operational Oversight and Safety:
Deliver high-quality service to our client by strategically overseeing the entire Airport Operations Security Team, while maintaining industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
Analyze, report and drive operational metrics and KPIs using Allied Universal's Business Intelligence Platform, maximizing efficiency and productivity
Identify and mitigate security risks; develop and implement security protocols, training and response plans
Financial Performance and Growth:
Work with branch leadership to strengthen financial performance within your assigned portfolio by managing budget allocation, driving revenue growth, reducing non-billable overtime, improving cash collections, and controlling expenses
Collaborate with sales to drive organic business growth within existing client operations
QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
Must possess one or more of the following:
Master's degree in Security Administration, Public Administration, Aviation Management , Criminal Justice, business or a related field with five (5) years of management experience in the security industry/military/a law enforcement agency
Bachelor’s degree in Security Administration, Public Administration, Aviation Management , Criminal Justice, business or a related field with more than five (5) years of management experience in the security industry/military/a law enforcement agency
High School diploma with five (10) years of management experience in the security industry/military/a law enforcement agency
Must possess a valid state of Georgia issued driver's license with a clean record of one year and complete the Airport provided education training program
Must be able to obtain an American Airport Executives (AAAE) Airport Certified Employee (ACE) designation for Security within one year of contract start date and AAAE Certified Member (CM) designation within two (2) years
Minimum of one (1) year of experience driving operational and/or financial metrics while demonstrating strong financial acumen
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in successfully building and developing teams
Minimum of (2) years of experience working as a manager for accounts in aviation/airports
Leadership skills that foster teamwork, innovation, agility, client relations and achieving desired results
Ability to collaborate across multiple business units and regions to creatively support client's growth and satisfaction
Results-oriented problem-solving skills that meet client and employee needs, while running a profitable business
Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office and (BI) Business Intelligence tools for metrics analysis, reporting, automation, and presentations
Dynamic networking skills displaying a commitment to safety and trust by participating in local community, client and industry events
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):
Law enforcement, military and/or contract or proprietary security services experience within an Airport or Aviation Division of a Military Base
Experience managing a dispersed workforce in a multi-location operation
