Accountabilities/Expectations

• Issuing parts to work orders

• Pick materials for work orders

• Kit/Stage materials for work orders

• Put away materials once received into SAP

• Management of material transfers in warehouse

• Inventory adjustments - LOST/FOUND

• Management of interim bins in the SAP system

• Management of write-offs, obsolete parts, and scrapping

• Maintain working relationship with Reliability, Operations, and Maintenance

• Cycle counts of inventory cabinets and stock locations

• Maintain and require supplies for the storeroom

• Keep all bins, aisles and storage areas clean and clearly labeled

May include Shipping Clerk accountabilities :

• Management of out-going materials shipments (refurbishments, etc.)

• Experience or training in appropriate packaging for transit

• Coordination with corporate transportation

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
