Learning and Development Manager - Meta
Allied Universal is looking to hire a Learning and Development Manager. This position administers, organizes, and conducts company and client training programs for all employees assigned to client facility. They assess several elements and alternatives providing input to update policy and procedure based on client needs, train new employees and assist lower-level personnel, and ensure client contract training and certification requirements are tracked and accounted for.
Learning and Development Manager: The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall local training program for Security Services. The Learning and Development Manager leads, coaches and coordinates the contract security training initiatives. The Learning and Development Manager develops and delivers training direction, methods, resources and process improvements to maintain operational readiness for site incident response. The Learning and Development Manager will work closely to document training activities and ensure alignment between client local and national goals.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The Learning and Development Manager will conduct training and exercises as necessary for physical security to maintain or improve security proficiency and readiness.
The Learning and Development Manager will routinely measure and assess the proficiency and effectiveness of the training being conducted to ensure vendor and expectations are met.
The Learning and Development Manager will oversee the daily training.
The Learning and Development Manager will select, train, assign tasks and assess performance of all Field Training Officers
The Learning and Development Manager will collect and maintain various training records, communications, incident action plans and post reviews for training events.
The Learning and Development Manager works collaboratively with the FBAM or representative to establish and conduct ongoing training events for the physical security staff.
The Learning and Development Manager uses multiple internal and external resources to gather and manage information and intelligence about training schedule and upcoming training events.
The Learning and Development Manager communicates and disseminates information, using established communication vehicles, to key partners using best practices.
The Learning and Development Manager takes an active role in training related projects. The levels of responsibility will vary from consulting to owning training projects and their outcomes.

Be at least 18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent
Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
Driving Positions: must possess a valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months), a minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle required.
Pay Rate: $102,105.12 Yr
