The Security Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. The Security Site Supervisor will act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers and security officers. They will supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.

$ 15.00 / hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:00PM - 11:00PM

Responsibilities:

• Answer calls from residents regarding noise complaints

• Handling packages receiving and distributing

• Checking Parking to ensure additional lot vehicles are paid

• Managing elevators for access control

• Call residents before allowing guests into property

• Communicate with front desk when contractors enter property

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities

• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21+ years of age

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
