Allied Universal Project Manager in Raleigh, North Carolina

Allied Universal® is hiring a Project Manager. The Project Manager will administratively support client leadership by managing and tracking compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Compile data and deliver to client compliance department

  • Develop and create presentations based on data supplied

  • Lead strategic projects; deliver data to global teams

  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project plans, timelines, and deliverables

  • Partner with regional and global leaders to complete client-based projects, identifying areas for improvement

  • Create, track, and maintain various weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports utilizing internal systems and dashboards

  • Provide adminstrative support by creating, editing, and reviewing a high volume of documents for error

  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents as requested

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must possess one or more of the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field

  • Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field with a minimum of three (3) years of administrative management experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of five (5) years of administrative management experience

  • Administrative management experience in an office setting

  • Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize multiple systems and applications

  • Ability to work with new or existing presentation to create and deliver appealing, persuasive, and effective presentations

  • Demonstrated problem solving, confidence and decision-making ability to manage shifting priorities, demands and timelines in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong financial skills with the ability to analyze data and report on regional metrics

  • Ability to prioritize workload based on urgency and communicate to a range of audiences including to executive management

  • Able to work independently

Pay Rate: $65,000 per year
