Allied Universal Executive Protection and Intelligence Services is seeking a results-driven, highly motivated Global Special Services Operations Coordinator. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting Operations Managers, Clients, and Agents. This role reports to the Allied Universal Executive Protection and Intelligence Services Global Special Services (GSS) Director of Operations with a primary function of supporting all Allied Universal Executive Protection and Intelligence Services operations worldwide. To be successful in this role, applicants must possess the ability to interact with all levels of corporate management and liaison internally and externally with a multitude of other departments and personnel. Strong oral communication and representation skills are required.
Responsible for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of all Agents, Contractors, resources, and logistics required to carry out worldwide operations. The Global Special Services Operations Coordinator works with Clients to meet their strategic and tactical objectives. Global Special Services are ad-hoc, time-limited assignments requiring executive protection, secure transportation, asset protection, investigation, and special event security services.
The Global Special Services Operations Coordinator communicates and reports to the GSS Director of Operations to ensure Client satisfaction and contractual compliance.
Duties & Qualifications
Acting Project Manager for short-term details
Liaise with Clients, assisting in the development and maintenance of relationships
Create and standardize Standard Operating Procedures and Protocols
Utilize technology to support ad-hoc Client requirements such as tracking/monitoring
Work directly with Client Managers and Executives for specific requirements
Assist in the planning and execution of global operations
Assist with global vendor development and management
Liaise with Clients on RFP’s and SOW’s
Provide project information to finance including vendor invoices, Client rates, quotations, receipts, and any other details necessary for Client invoicing
Perform EP Agent, Security Driver, training, and consulting fieldwork as required
Assist with general company administration
Assist in the development and progression of Agent training standards and currency
Obtain and maintain individual professional standards, licenses, and certifications
Duty Manager responsibility on a monthly rotational basis, monitoring ongoing operational progress and providing real-time updates to Clients
Some travel may be required
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Minimum 3-year Executive Protection operations and field experience or equivalent
Must be willing to work a very flexible schedule, including some nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Must be able to prioritize work assignments to ensure timely and accurate completion while managing multiple demands
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent computer skills and experience working with the full Microsoft Office Suite
Have an aptitude for technology
Attention to detail is a must
Must be a team player and work well with others
Compensation, Benefits & Perks:
