Allied Universal Senior Vice President, Enterprise Account Sales in United States

Allied Universal® is hiring a Senior Vice President, Enterprise Account Sales. The Senior Vice President, Enterprise Accounts Sales will partner with large enterprise prospective accounts to position Allied Universal as the most trusted service provider. The Senior Vice President, Enterprise Accounts Sales may expect overnight travel up to 50% of their time.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish, develop, and foster quality business relationships with pre-qualified leads that include key decision makers and influencers of the buying process throughout the assigned nationwide territory
Perpetuate and amplify Allied Universal’s brand as the leading security and facility services company with cutting edge technology and tailored solutions through effective needs assessments, relationship building and the delivery of customized solutions
Strategically coordinate travel to optimize client meetings, industry events and conferences
Drive collaboration and provide capture management on strategic deals, including development of capture strategies, cross-functional team coordination, customer presentations, price setting and RFP responses
Maintain thorough knowledge of industry, structure, trends, and issues to ensure full discovery and understanding of customer’s primary business goals, operations, challenges, and requirements
Display a high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high-impact, complex, and/or cross-functional opportunities
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth within Enterprise Accounts by establishing a diverse and robust sales pipeline
Responsible for driving the company vision, be an ambassador of our values and focus on disciplined growth of revenue and our people
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess one or more of the following:
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of ten (10) years of security sales or operational leadership experience
Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field of study with a minimum of twelve (12) years of security sales or operational leadership experience
High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of fourteen (14) years of security sales or operational leadership experience
Minimum of ten (10) years of sales experience, preferably in the security industry
Demonstrated experience overseeing key sales activities such as negotiations, account and project capture management, prospecting, strategic selling, proposal development, estimating, presentations and public speaking
Avid networker with a desire to join associations to position Allied Universal as the industry leader
Industry subject matter expert demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of business practices and challenges
Proven ability to deliver team success and achieving sales targets
Strategic thinking skills, problem-solving aptitude and able to align multiple strategies and ideas
Strong financial, oral, and written interpersonal communication skills to respond to Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with peers, brand leaders, and other senior management throughout the company, be attentive to executives’ needs
In-depth understanding of the industry
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field of study
Formal sales training on strategic consultative selling techniques
Operational experience in security/protective service industry
